Born and raised in the house of discipline, Avnish was surrounded by extraordinary men, his grandfather and his father. Witnessing what it takes to be a disciplined man, consistency, fitness and mental toughness became an integral part of their lives.
In the year 2000, with the seed of discipline built in, Avnish began his martial arts and fitness journey at the tender age of 16. With a roaring ambition to outdo himself, he was honoured with the third degree black belt in 2014. After setting a benchmark for himself, Avnish had a noble thought of establishing an academy for disciplined professionals, who could bridge the gap between an athlete and a physiotherapist. And that’s how Spartans Academy was born, with an intention to make a difference in people’s lives. Spartans Academy serves as an opportunity for people to uplift themselves and carve out a noble profession that provides them with integrity, respect and high self-esteem.
